Secondary user groups

Access through: Reports > Reports for ABAP systems > Secondary user groups

The Secondary user groups report simplifies the analysis of user assignments to secondary groups by creating a flat list of users and their assigned secondary groups. This makes it easier to export data and provides a faster overview of assignments.

Selection criteria

The selection screen of the report has standard selection criteria.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result

The report result shows the user's assigned secondary user groups in the Secondary user group column. If a user is assigned to several secondary user groups, a separate row is displayed for each of the user's secondary user groups.

Functions available in the report result:

• Change user master data
• Select a number in the Secondary groups column to show a pop-up with all secondary user groups to which a user is assigned.
