Release last logon info

Access through: Administration > Dashboards > Power BI dashboards > Release last logon info

In Release last logon info, you can define if information about the last logon of users on selected systems is shared with Power BI dashboards.

1. To switch to change mode, select .

2. Do one of the following:

   • If you want to share no data:

     1. Select Share nothing.

   • If you want to share all data:

     1. Select Share everything.

     2. Enter the aggregation scheme.

     3. Enter the number of days that define the period since the last logon.

   • If you want to share selected data:

     1. Select Share selected.

     2. Enter the aggregation scheme.

     3. Enter the number of days that define the period since the last logon.

     4. In the table, select the systems whose data you want to share.

3. Save.
