Release results of cost allocation

Access through: Administration > Dashboards > Power BI dashboards > Release cost allocation results

In Release cost allocation results, you can define which results of cost allocations are shared with Power BI dashboards.

1. To switch to change mode, select .

2. Do one of the following:

   • If you want to share no data:

     1. Select Share nothing.

   • If you want to share all data:

     1. Select Share everything.

     2. Enter the SAP license contract.

   • If you want to share selected data:

     1. Select Share selected.

     2. Enter the SAP license contract.

     3. In the table, select the cost allocation results you want to share.

3. Save.
